Nutcracker wouldn’t be Nutcracker without the local Children’s cast! Dancing along side the full professional Russian cast are local Winnipeg children from L.A. Dance Academy. L.A. Dance Academy was founded in August 2003 as the result of the hard work and dedication of its founder, Lucy Reveco. It was designed to bolster self-esteem and self-confidence while providing exercise and excitement. Focused on bringing the edgy street styles from L.A. straight into the classroom and onto the dance floor, the school’s innovative, non-pressure approach to dance ensures everyone has a rewarding experience.
Passion for dance fuels the school and offers top of the line instruction and improving programs so that every student gets the best experience possible. The school strives to provide great service and take care of all the “details” of attending lessons to ensure dance classes are hassle free and enjoyable.
